Some HRT products may be temporarily unavailable due to supply shortages. If your usual product is out of stock, don’t stop your HRT without speaking to us.

Approximate oestrogen dose equivalents

These are approximate equivalents, not exact conversions. Individual absorption and response vary, and some doses may be outside the product licence.

If you have a uterus: adequate progestogen is usually required alongside systemic oestrogen to protect the womb lining. HRT is not contraceptive.
